Annapurna’s professional career spans over more than 17 years of experience in the field of corporate taxation. She brings along with her a decade long industry experience in the field of corporate taxation, finance, audit & reporting functions.
She started her career with closely working in taxation functions of service sector companies with reporting to senior management on compliance & tax impact analysis. She has also worked in leadership role in taxation department of leading life insurance company with aiding management in key tax decisions & representing the company before various tax authorities. She has also handled accounts payable, audit & reporting functions in her corporate career.
She has joined practice in 2017 and has always been instrumental in spearheading the tax practice of the firm.

Amisha is a Chartered Accountant (rank holder) and a Cost Accountant. Her professional career spans over 24+ years, with in depth experience in the field of financial planning and analysis. She has worked with HDFC Life Insurance Company Limited, Entertainment Network India Limited (Radio Mirchi), Zee Entertainment Enterprise Limited and Asahi India Glass Limited.
She has been instrumental in setting up and heading the financial planning and budgetary department at HDFC Life Insurance Co. Ltd. and has also been a part of core IPO team.
She has an acumen to anticipate the issues that may arise in future and suggest actions required

Qualified CA of the 2014 batch, Anusha practices Indirect Tax at our firm. Her expertise in the field of GST makes her a critical part of any company designing its entry strategy in Indian market. Anusha has successfully assisted many foreign players plan their business models to maximise GST benefits. She has successfully handled advisory, planning and compliance services for various large corporates on GST, VAT, Service Tax matters. She is a young professional who is an active participant of GST knowledge house of the Firm.
